Samantha is an enthusiastic, NASM certified fitness expert whose primary focus is group fitness and specialized personal training. She strives to help others achieve their fitness goals through motivation, dependability, and patience. She developed a strong passion for fitness six years ago, as she learned the mechanisms behind program design and the benefits of hybrid training (HIIT/Resistance workouts).
Samantha’s contagious positivity cultivates an environment where everyone feels welcomed, encouraged, and determined to be their best selves.

Sam has been a fitness coach for almost two years now. I started my fitness and health journey with no idea of what I was doing. I was afraid of machines at the gym, I didn't know how to use them or what to do when I got there, so I stuck to cardio. It was miserable.
Then, I became more educated and started to feel more comfortable and enjoy my time at the gym.
My goal is to help men and women feel just as comfortable so they can achieve their goals! I specialize in body recomposition, fat loss, and strength training. Whether your goal is to lose fat, gain muscle, or just feel better, I have a program for you!

From a young age, my mom always encouraged me to be active and live a healthy lifestyle. I was lucky enough to have such a supportive female role model in my life and once I stepped away from I truly fell in love with fitness. I fell so in love with it, that I wanted to be that role model for other woman. It can be so hard to find a figure to look up to and guide you in a healthy and supportive way.
My goal is to be as knowledgeable and supportive as possible, which is why I am currently finishing out my degree in physical therapy.

I’ve been an athlete all of my life, I spent six years in the Marine Corps, and seven years as the Wellness Coordinator & Personal Trainer at a Behavioral Health & Wellness Facility.
I had a major back injury while I was in the Marines & have had six back surgeries since 2009. After experience with my own injury & recovery, the gym really became my safe haven. I figured if i was going to be in pain, I might as well be moving around! I went back to college & got my Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science & Personal Training/Nutrition certs and have been helping people with their physical fitness/nutrition goals since 2013.
I specialize in Weight loss/management, Lifestyle, Nutrition/holistic health, Behavior change & Group Training.

Introducing Marlee - a certified personal trainer and experienced group fitness instructor, passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals while having fun!
Originally from the small mountain town of Bend, Oregon, Marlee's college plans were disrupted by COVID. In true Marlee-fashion, she adapted and began working full-time while taking college classes online. At the same time, she discovered her love for fitness and started working out at home to clear her mind and stay sane. Marlee moved to sunny Arizona in 2021 to pursue her dreams of becoming a personal trainer, and now offers dynamic and well-rounded training sessions as well as teaching high-energy fitness classes for all levels. Her love of math, country music, and coffee complements her infectious energy and zest for life, making her the perfect partner to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Madeline, also known as the badass bohemian, is an experienced yoga teacher, sound healer, and life coach who infuses intentionality into all of her offerings. With a dual degree in health and wellness and sociology, alongside certifications in personal training, nutrition, ayurveda, and other holistic modalities, Madeline will lead you through some transformative yoga flows. She offers a variety of teaching styles ranging from traditional vinyasa flows, to breath work, restorative, yin yoga, and on special events incorporating sound healing instruments to her classes. Madeline stands with the understanding that yoga is a practice that is available to all bodies. She loves to speak to the common mis-conception people carry about yoga being full of wildly bendy and flexible postures by sharing that “If you can breathe, you can do yoga”.

Alona Gibson (she/her) is a passionate somatic therapist dedicated to helping people reconnect with their bodies through natural therapies.Certified in Vinyasa Yoga, Alona earned her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2018 and furthered her expertise with certifications in Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Trauma-Informed Yoga. Her inclusive classes prioritize everyone's well-being and aim to foster a deep sense of body positivity. Alona has taught yoga at Arizona State University, MonOrchid Art Gallery, and various studios in Phoenix. She's proud to have established Arizona's first Spanish-language Yoga Teacher Training program, as well as programs catering to American Sign Language, LGBTQ+ communities, and individuals with different abilities.

To me yoga is a practice that gives the student the tools to learn from their past, strengthen their present and build their future. I believe that the practice facilitates healing and growth, and I love to share this with others.
